DIY Natural Migraine Relief Roller with Essential Oils

Migraine Relief Roller Ingredients

1 tablespoon Vitamin E oil
5-10 drops helichrysum essential oil
5-10 drops eucalyptus essential oil
5-10 drops frankincense essential oil
5-10 drops copaiba essential oil
5-10 drops lavender essential oil
Roller ball container (You can find them on Amazon)

Migraine Relief Roller Instructions

Step 1:
In a small mixing bowl, add Vitamin E oil

Step 2:
Add helichrysum essential oil. Helichrysum oil has analgesic qualities and anti-inflammatory properties. I may help alleviate spasms or nerve issues like twitching.

Step 3:
Add eucalyptus essential oil. Eucalyptus oil helps with sinus pressure and can also lift your mood to promote emotional balance.

Step 4:
Add frankincense essential oil. Frankincense oil can reduce the swelling of the blood vessels and may reduce the pain of migraines.

Step 5:
Add copaiba essential oil. Copaiba oil has been shown to reduce pain and loosen muscles.

Step 6:
Add lavender essential oil. Lavender oil is relaxing and calming.

Step 7:
Whisk everything together.

Step 8:
Using a dropper, add mixture to roller container. Top with ball and lid.
Roll on temples and forehead. If you don’t have roller ball containers on hand, you can use the oils in a diffuser to relieve migraine pain.
