Hard Boiled Eggs in Your Instant Pot

Here’s how to make hard boiled eggs in your instant pot:

Add one cup of water to the bottom of the pot. Use the wire tray to carefully place eggs on the wire rack. It works best if you keep the eggs in a single layer.

Set your instant to cook for 5 minutes on high pressure.

Once the instant pot has finished, release the pressure when it is safe to do so. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice water bath for about 10 minutes.

They should be very easy to peel once removed. I’ve also had great luck peeling them a couple of days later!
