We took a trip to Diana’s Pumpkin Patch in Canon City last weekend. This is one of our favorite patches and we have visited the last several years. I love that they grow pumpkins right there on the farm! Admission is $9 (with children 5 and under free). They also have a senior and military discount. Admission includes a pumpkin, and they have wagons available to help get your pumpkin from the field.
I’d suggest getting there early in the day to find a good parking spot and enjoy the patch before it gets crowded.
We love the corn maze, but it was tough this year. There are punches located throughout the maze to mark the clues you find.We left with our mystery partially unsolved! Although, we did walk through twice looking for clues. Luckily, they have the answers posted, so you can find out if you missed something!
They have a large and a small hay slide.
My kids loved the duck races, and were really excited that the ducks float back to you this year.
The corn pit is always a hit! My kids could spend hours in there if I’d let them.
We also checked out the baby chicks and goats!
They have food available for purchase or you can bring in your own lunch. There is a clean, covered picnic area to eat at.
There are a ton of cute photo ops around the property.
Before we left, we enjoyed a hayride and picking out our pumpkins!
It was a great day! Can’t wait to visit again next year! have you been to Diana’s? What is your favorite part?
I LOVE this pumpkin patch. It’s our all time favorite and we’ve been to a few. I love how it’s a real farm and the story about why it was started. I really like that the pumpkin is included and you can get more. We go opening weekend and it’s perfect- beautiful and not super busy. We always head to the patch and buy even more huge pumpkins (and you can’t beat the price!). I love cutting them right off the vine. Our kids loved how the ducks came back to you this time too (as did I). Anyway, it’s worth the drive!
