Like many of you, I will be stuck at home for the next few weeks due to the COVID-19 corona virus. If you’re in need of some easy meal ideas with ingredients that you already have in your pantry, I have you covered! These simple recipes are organized by type and are labeled gluten free (GF), dairy free (DF), vegan and/or vegetarian (V).

To start off the day, here are some pantry breakfast options:

We always have a good stock of cereal and shelf stable milk on hand as well as instant oatmeal packets. If you have an instant pot or other pressure cooker, you can use it to make Instant Pot Steel Cut Oatmeal (DF, GF, V). Granola bars also work well in a pinch!

This Cinnamon Coconut Granola (GF, DF) and Peanut Butter Honey Granola (DF, GF, V) are kid friendly and refined sugar free!
