Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites Ham and Cheese with Basil Instant Pot Recipe

These copycat Starbucks egg bites with ham, cheese and basil are the perfect way to start your day! They’re made in the instant pot and don’t take long to prepare or cook!

Egg Bites Ingredients

6 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese
3/4 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped
1/4 cup chopped basil
Silicone egg bite molds


Egg Bites Instructions

Step 1: Add 1 cup water to Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.

Step 2: Add eggs, cheddar cheese, yogurt, and cottage cheese to a blender and puree until smooth.

Step 3: Pour your egg mixture into a bowl and add the chopped ham.

Step 4: Add the chopped basil to the bottom of the egg molds.

Step 5: Pour the egg mixture evenly between the compartments of the silicone mold.

Step 6: Cover the silicone mold with aluminum foil and place into the Instant Pot.

Step 7: Place the lid on the Instant Pot and set the vent to sealing. Press the STEAM button and set the timer to 10 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
Make sure to release any remaining pressure after the 10 minutes before opening the Instant Pot.
Remove the silicone mold from the Instant Pot.

  • I didn’t know you can make something like this in the Instant Pot. I have one but don’t use it often.
